| Troy Piles Ups Titles, Records, and
Regional qualifiers, district titles, school records - the
Troy Trojans collected a little of everything Friday night.
And they're after much, much more.
| Area Athletes Compete at Districts. 05.16.2012
After Ashley Rector broke two school records at last
Friday's Greater Western Ohio Conference All-Star meet,
another Troy record went down on Wednesday at the Division I

| Trojans Clean Up at GWOC. 05.09.2012
Prior to the Troy girls winning the Greater Western Ohio
Conference North Division title last year, the Trojan girls
had been on a five-year drought. However, this time
around the Troy girls were the clear-cut favorite in the

The Troy Trojan girls had one last regular-season hurrah
before next week's Greater Western Ohio Conference meet,
while the boys have one more week to get healthy and prepare
for what it will face there. The girls obliterated the
competition at the two-day Fairmont Firebird Invitational,
winning with 115.5 points even though the meet was rained

were fourth with 56 points, a mere nine behind GWOC North

| A Clean Sweep. 04.17.2012 If
the Miami County Invitational is all about bragging rights,
then Tuesday's meet was all about domination - in one way or

sweep, with the girls obliterating the competition with 261
points - Miami East's girls were second with 126.5 - and the
boys outlasting Covington by a 171.2-127.2 score as plenty
of individuals from around the county had big days.

Several teams came to compete at Friday night's Troy
Invitational. But none of them could keep up with the
depth, talent and experience of the Troy girls.
| To the Last Lap. 03.31.2012
It all came down to the final lap of the final event.
Troy's Austin Deaton needed to move up two places on the
anchor leg of the 4x400 relay to seal a Trojan sweep of
Saturday's Tippecanoe Invitational.
| Trojans Return Strong Nucleus. 03.21.2012
Troy lost only three seniors that scored points for the team
last year. This year may see a similar issue.
But coach Kurt Snyder is fine with that.
| Veteran Trojans Look to Challenge GWOC
North. 03.21.2012 Troy boys track coach Deon
Metz knows what his team is capable in most events.
With 12 returning seniors and a group of experienced
underclassmen back from last year, Metz has a good idea of
what will be his team's bread and butter.
