Jenkins Scores Twice, Trojans Fall To Wellsboro, 8-2

Landon Jenkins netted two goals but Troy fell 8-2 to NTL leading Wellsboro during boys' soccer action Thursday.
The match was 3-1 Hornets at the break, with Wellsboro scoring five more goals in the second to Troy's one.
Landon Lee assisted on both of Jenkins’ goals as Wellsboro out shot Troy 21-3. Timothy Hornung made 22 saves in net for the Trojans.
Troy (0-9) will host Williamson Saturday with a 10 a.m. start.
