Trojans Score 36 In First Half To Run Past South Williamsport, 43-7

Troy dominated South Williamsport, 43-7, in NTL football action.
The Trojans racked up 36 first half points between five touchdowns and a field goal, highlighted by back to back Mason Smith punt returns to the house in the first quarter.
Smith finished with two rushes for 35-yards and two catches for 31-yards and a score, as Kael Millard had five carries for 75-yards and a touchdown. Brendan Gilliland added a 45-yard touchdown reception.
Evan Woodward was 5-for-10 for 92-yards with two touchdowns and a pick, while running the ball twice for 42-yards. JB Burbage added a 1-yard scoring run, as well.
Woodward hit Smith for a 15-yard scoring strike early in the first quarter to put the Trojans up 7-0 after Gavin Lykon-Leffler's kick.
Smith then had punt returns for touchdowns of 61-yards and 60-yards to make it 19-0 Troy.
In the second quarter Woodward hit Gilliland for a 45-yard scoring strike, with Lykon-Leffler's kick making it 26-0. Millard then rumbled 37-yards for a touchdown to make it 33-0 after Lykon-Leffler's boot.
Lykon-Leffler hit a field goal with time expiring in the first half for the 36-0 lead at the break.
Burbage ran in a third quarter touchdown, with Lykon-Leffler getting the point after, to finish out Troy's scoring.
