Troy Girls Rally To Defeat Rival Canton

Troy found themselves down early, but rallied for a 59-40 win over Canton in NTL girls’ basketball action.
The Warriors led 12-10 after the first quarter, but a 13-5 Troy run in the second put them down 23-17 at the half. Troy would out score them 36-23 the rest of the way.
Four different Trojans got into double figures, led by Gloria Andrews’ 13 points, including three 3-pointers.
Giana Renzi netted 11, with Kailyn Sterling and Alyssa Parks scoring 10 points a piece. Madelyn Seeley had eight, with Ella VanNoy netting seven.
