Troy Uses DEFENSIVE Stops To Pull Away From North Penn-Mansfield

Troy baseball got a big win over North Penn-Mansfield, 11-3, during a rain soaked NTL contest.
Camryn Harwick got the victory, going 5 1/3-innings with five strikeouts, seven hits, two walks, three hit batsmen, and three runs.
Reed Palmer went 1 2/3-innings for the save with one strikeout, no walks, and no hits. He threw just 22 pitches, saving himself for Canton on Wednesday.
The Trojans pounded out 12 hits on the day, eight of them coming out of the final four batters in the line-up.
Harwick (2-for-3) had a double, triple, 2-RBI, and two runs scored as Jackson Taylor (2-for-3) scored a run and drove one in on a safety squeeze.
Lincoln Chimics (2-for-4) had an RBI with a run scored as Joseph Frye (2-for-3) drove in a run, while his courtesy runner, Lucas Loxley, scored.
Clayton Smith (2-for-4) scored twice with Palmer (1-for-2) hitting a double with an RBI and a run scored.
Brendan Gilliland (1-for-4) scored, with Camden Allen scoring twice, and Mason Smith (1-for-4) driving in a run.
