Trojans Sweep CV, Sullivan In NTL Tri-Meet

Troy boys' cross-country picked up a pair of NTL wins during tri-meet action on Tuesday.
The Trojans beat Sullivan County 22-37 and CV 18-45, while the Griffins won 18-37.
Troy's RJ Bellinger (18:36) got the win with Sullivan's Carter Blasi (18:57) in second.
Trojan Frank Harper (19:05) was third, followed by Sullivan's Calen Sweigart (19:13).
Troy's Ben Osgood (19:44), Owen Campbell (19:55), and Mason Wulff (20:16) went sixth through eighth to secure the win.
Sullivan got the sweep on the girls' side, beating Troy (16-39) and CV (19-36). CV edged Troy 25-30.
Alyssa Rinebold (27:36) led Troy in seventh, as Kalynn Keltz (28:36) came in ninth.
Sheridan Wilcox (30:23) took 11th, Charlotte Kafka (34:54) was 13th, and Sara VanNoy took 14th.
In junior high boys' action Sullivan beat Troy (22-39) and CV (18-45), with the Trojans beating CV 24-31.
On the girls' side Sullivan beat Troy (25-33) and CV (19-36), while CV topped Troy (21-37).
Troy's Kyle Kibbe (9:51) won the boys' race, while Troy's Christine Ward (11:08) was third in the girls' race.
