Troy Girls Sweep CV To Close Out Regular Season

Troy swept CV 3-0 in their NTL volleyball finale on Thursday. The Trojans won the sets 25-18, 25-8, and 25-15.
Aryana Andrus had 15 kills, one ace, two digs, and one block for Troy as Alli Bailey had six digs, one kill, four aces, and two assists.
Bella Wood and Alexa Lawrence had three kills each as Lawrence added three aces with a dig. Wood also had a block.
Haidyn Watson finished with two kills, one assist, and four aces, to go with one dig, while Amber White notched two kills, one ace, and a dig.
Brenna Jackson had 23 assists, one kill, two aces, and two digs, with Madison Deitrick getting a kill.
Nya Watson had a kill, an assist, and three digs with Aubree Kenyon getting a dig.
Troy will play at 4 p.m. on Saturday at Athens in the District IV, Class AA quarterfinals.
