Trojans Put Together Monster 7th Inning To Rally Past North Penn-Mansfield

Troy rallied past North Penn-Mansfield, 17-13, for an NTL baseball win Tuesday.

The Trojans used a 6-run seventh to pull out the win.

NPM led 3-2 after one, and 10-5 after two. Both teams scored two runs in the third.

Troy chipped away with one run in the fourth, and two more in the fifth. They each scored a run in the sixth setting up the thrilling seventh.

Brendan Gilliland (3-for-5) had 4-RBI with two runs scored, as Reed Palmer (2-for-4) had a home run with 2-RBI, and a run scored.

Frank Harper (2-for-4) had 2-RBI with a run scored, as Pryor Teribury (1-for-2) scored twice, and drove in two runs.

Mason Smith (2-for-4) scored twice, and drove in two runs, as Lucas Loxley (1-for-4) getting a double with two runs scored.

Hunter Watson (1-for-1) and Logan Loxley (1-for-1) each had an RBI, with Loxley scoring twice, and Watson crossing home once.

Trey Teribury (1-for-4) and Logunn Heasley both scored twice.

Harper went six innings with five strikeouts, no walks, eight his, and five earned runs.

Palmer went one inning with two strikeouts, three walks, five hits, and eight runs, five of them earned.
